"Bamboo in Montana"
 
   My neice in Northern California gave me two pots of P. Nuda Bamboo which she and her partner said will grow in climates that reach 20 degrees below zero. Can I winter it in my home and plant it outside next year. Are there any people familiar with this variety?

   Hi,
First thing you need to ask your neice is, "Does this bamboo become a menance? It is invasive?"

You need to find out about this bamboo because many bamboos are nortorious pests, becoming the plant you can't control.
