Hi Bob, The cottoneaster will drop it's leaves and get new ones in the spring so it should be O.K. The rhodo is questionable because it is an evergreen. But don't be in a hurry to take it out, it might make it. Water the area well so to flush out any chemicals in the soil, if that is even possible. In the spring feed the plants well with proper food and you might see new growth. Until they are healthy again make sure they are properly watered.Bye, Diane |
