Entry

HI Hoot, How long does it take for a corn to PRODUCE a corn? How long does it take for a red Spinach to grow fully sized?

Hi Gaby, There are many different cultivars of corn and spinach so the maturity dates can be varied. Corn usually needs at least 90 days.

Not sure what you mean by red spinach, are you talking about Malabar? That spinach can take longer than typical spinach. Typical spinach will take about 2 months to maturity. If it stays cool you can pick it a long time but if it gets hot picking will only last a couple weeks before it goes to seed.

Happy Growing! Hoot
