Q.- what do worms eat?
A.- Earthworms eat anything that used to be plants, such as old weeds, leaves, grass clippings, vegetable peels, vegetable scraps, meal (such as corn meal), etc. If it used to be a plant before it died they will eat it. It has to be dead though, earthworms don't eat a live plant which makes gardeners very happy. Gardeners hate worms that eat their plants, such as caterpillars or worm larvae of insects. But I figured you meant earthworms when you asked your question. Do you like earthworms? Hoot
